Our names are Adrian and Betsie Welle, we are a husband and wife team located in Mexico Beach, FL specializing in real estate and property management services. We enjoy being a part of our community and volunteering for events (the photo as Elvis and Lucy is from one of these events). We understand the process of buying and selling a home is stressful, we try to make it fun and enjoyable as you can see from our sense of humor. Adrian Welle
I am a former Minnesotan that made Mexico Beach my home in October 2013. I hold a real estate brokers license in Florida, and also a Community Association Manager (CAM) license in Florida. I also hold a bachelors degree in Public Administration from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. I bring a midwestern work ethic and knowledge of local governments to ensure that you get the right property to fit your needs and wants. Using my local government experience, I also ensure that your property or HOA complies with local codes and ordinances.
Betsie Welle
I have spent my life traveling the world with parents that frequently moved, ending up in northwest Florida in 2006 and made Mexico Beach my home after marrying Adrian in October 2016. I hold an active real estate license in Florida. I also hold a bachelors degree in International Affairs from Florida State University in Tallahassee. My life experience has allowed me to become fluent in Spanish, German and Italian.
