After seeing and hearing about the challenges that face owners in Home Owner Associations and Condo Owner Associations, we thought, why don't we get into Community Association Management? Using the experience Adrian has gained working in local governments and his degree in Public Administration, we thought this may be the perfect thing for us. Adrian once said, managing a community is much like running a City, just on a smaller scale but with the same issues.  Adrian has managed records, multi-million dollar budgets, bid processes and community relations as a City Clerk, City Council member and City Administrator. Here in Florida, to manage a HOA or COA, we learned you need to obtain a CAM License. In June of 2016, Adrian obtained his CAM License and we opened 4our SeaSuns, LLC, a CAM Firm and property management company.

​One of the key things we would like to do as your management company is provide each owner with access to important documents effecting your association as well as monthly financials. You would be provided a password to allow you to access your associations documents, financials, and any relevant information you would need.
